Professor Lee Elliot Major: 'Improving Prospects for Children in South West'
Lee Elliot Major is the UK's first Professor of Social Mobility, based at University of Exeter. He was formerly CEO of The Sutton Trust and a trustee of the Education Endowment Foundation. He was awarded an OBE in 2019.
Professor Alison Baverstock: The Big Read at Kingston University
Alison Baverstock is the Interim Director of Research, Business & Innovation within the School of Creative & Cultural Industries at Kingston University. She is the founding force behind Kingston University's shared reading scheme - The Kingston University Big Read.
Jolanta Peters: The Embedded Librarian: Taking the Library to the Classroom
Jolanta Peters, SWRLS Trustee, is Research & Library Service Manager at Bridgwater and Taunton College and University Learning Resource Centre. The Centre won the Council for Learning Resources in Colleges (CoLRiC) Innovative Practice Award 2022 for 'The Embedded Librarian', a bespoke service for students.
