A new short course of two half-day online workshops (bookable separately or together) designed for frontline library staff and administrators


Presenters are Alex Coulter, Director, Arts & Health South West, and Julia Puebla Fortier, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine & Research Associate, Arts & Health South West.

Participants on the course will:

  • Discuss how secondary trauma and stress may appear in their work

  • Learn about the principles and emerging evidence for the field of Creative Health, including how it is being used to support wellbeing and manage stress

  • Experience creative wellbeing activities and explore how they might fit into personal and organisational routines

  • Assess institutional activities and policies related to the emotional care work they deliver to service users and support they might need.
