Call out for new trustees

We are keen to recruit new trustees to join the board of the unique cross-sector library organisation that is SWRLS, especially with skills/knowledge in the following areas:

• charity governance e.g. policies and law

• website development.

You don't need to be working in a library service to have something valuable to offer, although we do anticipate that you'd have some enthusiasm for SWRLS's aims of supporting and collaborating across libraries and other related organisations.

It is also important that our Board of Trustees is representative of the diverse communities we work with. We want to ensure that our organisation benefits from a wide range of perspectives. For expressions of interest we have an initial deadline of 31 July 2025, but will continue to be open to recruitment so please also get in touch if you can't commit at this time but are interested for the future.
