Benefits to you:

Identify how you can create project success

Clarify roles & responsibilities in a project team

Know the key stages in a project life-cycle and techniques for managing each

Follow best practice in communicating with stakeholders and your project team.

There's a little reading before the workshop and reference materials are provided after. You are encouraged to bring a case study to the session so you can put learning into practice straightaway.
