We are looking to recruit a Library Experience Manager to join our Library & Archives team.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the customer experience in both our physical and digital library spaces. This will involve proactively seeking user feedback and developing inclusive services in partnership with students. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to manage the two campus libraries, library website and customer services.
We are seeking a professional, qualified, librarian with experience of managing library or learning spaces and multidisciplinary teams. You will have a strong track record in delivering user-centred services and will bring new ideas for delivering the digital and campus library to support the strategies of our two partner Universities.
