Strategic Plan

The first Strategic Plan 2008 has now been revised, following an online survey of members. (See here for the Summary of the online survey)

Revised Plan 2011-2013

A resulting revised plan was discussed and approved at the Regional Council meeting on 17th March 2011

 

Regular updates are  given to the Board and Regional Council and the latest can be seen here

 

A risk assessment has been carried out and will be tabled for approval at the AGM 2012
