A set of themes were suggested and the first draft was considered by the Managment Board in December 2008. As a result an amended version (V7) is now available following agreement at the Regional Council meeting on 19th March 2009 Action Plan 2008-10 V7 Progress Report to Regional Council 16th March 2010
