The cyberLibrary contains links to hundreds of websites chosen, described and organised by librarians from public library services across south-west England. It also lists what online resources each authority has available for free for its members.

Discussions about the Haervi: HE Access to e-Resources in Visited Institutions Best practice Guide led, in December 2008, to SWRLS and Jisc RSC SW organising a cross sectoral seminar "Access to all Areas"
